Alminco silo accessories, specially made to have high performance and heavy duty loading. Most of items are made by galvanized steel or using hot-dip galvanization, which provides long life time quality. Pneumatic two way valve, also available electronic control valve, giving you choice for loading route. The body is made of hot dip galvanized steel and using stainless pneumatic piston, the body is available in "人" type and "卜" type.

Pneumatic gate, available in single layer and double layer, the double layer type provides grain flow control. The body is made in hot-dip galvanized steel and using stainless pneumatic piston. We accept any custom dimension order.

Center Discharge Gate(left) and Side Discharge Gate(right), available in different size from 40 tons to 200 tons flow rate. We provide pneumatic control or manual control to open and close. The Center discharge gate includes sweep auger base (axial), all the parts are made in hot-dip galvanized steel.

The manual control system for center discharge gate and side discharge gate, safety and easy to operate.

The push tractor for sweep auger, automatic detecting the auger motion, then automatic push auger forward or stop, no more labor needed. The motor comes with protection cover.

Roof Air Vent, efficient to exhaust the hot air and protect from raining.

Service door on trunking, provides full size opening for maintenance, easy to open and close with 4 locks. The trunking designs for outdoor use, which is rain proof.

Loading Pit Grill, heavy duty for grain weight and truck weight, also available the cover for rain protection in outdoor use.

Catwalk Support, hot-dip galvanized, installing on stiffeners, heavy duty to stand catwalk weight, conveyor weight, and grain weight.

Galvanized Catwalk, 1.1M wide, including heavy duty structure for conveyor, handrail, and sidewalk. The catwalk is assembled by double layer structure to give better earthquake load.

Bucket Elevator Tower, size 3M x 3M, each deck 2.3M high. The tower is assembled by ASTM grade 8 galvanized bolts, the tower includes stairs, safety handrails, and service platforms. All the parts are made in hot-dip galvanized steel for long life quality. The structure is qualified to stand Seismic Zone 4 Earthquake.
