Silo Drying Project


Most of the dryers are continuously dryers and batch dryers; however, there are some disadvantages with those dryers. The grain quality is not stable by using continuously dryers, the drying capacity is too small by using the batch dryers. Therefore, Alminco has developed a new system, by using the silo with large capacity, then dry the grain at once in the silo. From practical testing results, we find more advantages with our new system.

1)Reduce the cost investing the dryers.
2)Larger drying capacity, and save drying time.
3)Use electricity for drying energy, lower drying cost, reduce environment pollution by buring the fuel.
4)Better quality with low temperature drying.

Drying Unit


The drying unit is a new design concept, the machine provides both cool air and hot air at the same time, which allow to use for cooling storage and drying. To protect the environment, Alminco gives up using the fuel and we use only electricity to run the machine.
